This is a Profile of the Rain Lounge in Syracuse, New York that features weekly drag shows in a welcoming environment that celebrates all orientations and genders.

Named by “Out” magazine as one of the 200 best gay bars in the world, the Rain Lounge is used as a hub by the local LGBT community to organize events.  Many of the drag performers take the competitions and shows very seriously, some spending thousands of dollars on their costumes, wigs, and makeup.
