Each year, the town of Skaneateles, New York, turns into a reenactment of Charles Dickens with more than 50 cast members interacting with visitors. An annual tradition, the celebration begins the day after Thanksgiving and runs every Saturday and Sunday through Dec. 23, from noon to 4 p.m., plus Dec. 24 from noon – 2:30 p.m.
