Donald &#8220;Dontay&#8221; Ivy was stopped by police, and as the confrontation escalated, he was struck by batons and shocked repeatedly with a Taser. Ivy was handcuffed, and at some point, stopped breathing. He died later at a nearby hospital after police were unable to revive him.<\/p>\n<p>In October, a grand jury found declined to charge the police officers involved in Ivy&#8217;s death.
