Matthew Ryan
Bio
Matthew Ryan started his photography career with the Army in 2012 where he attended the Defense Information School at Fort George G. Meade in Maryland. From there he continued to provide the Army with articles and photographs to help tell Soldiers stories. In 2016 he was selected to attend S.I. Newhouse School of Communications, Syracuse University in New York for the Advance Photojournalism Program consisting of techniques in photography, lighting, audio and videography courses. Matthew Ryan is scheduled to go forward to 5th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment unit stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington State.
