Michael DeSalvo and Nickolas Orth have opened their home in the Hawley Green neighborhood of Syracuse, NY, to the sick since 1992. Founded on the foundation of social justice, The Friends of Dorothy House provides hospice care for those with AIDS. Now, 26 years later, Michael and Nick who with community support are able give aid to the weary in need of recuperative care, supportive assistance and emergency support.
