Lela Niemetz is a registered dietitian-nutritionist and farmer. Possessing both clinical and counseling experience, Lela has worked in multiple healthcare settings. These include skilled nursing, home care,
childhood education, sports nutrition, and mental health counseling specific to nutrition. Lela provides contract work to other nutritional companies, farms, and restaurants. The FoodFeasible office is now located at Greyrock Farm CSA. When Lela isn’t working on FoodFeasible she is either managing the Greyrock Farm Store or out in the fields with the animals or vegetables. Lela wishes to see whole, locally sourced eating become less of a niche-movement and more of an affordable, accessible culture.
