Hailey Haux
Bio
Hailey was born and raised in Clovis, California and she joined the Air Force in September 2011. Upon graduating basic training, she found out she would become a photojournalist. Hailey has been stationed at Ramstein Air Base, Germany; Pentagon, Washington D.C.; and Syracuse University, New York. After graduating from the Military Photojournalism Program, she will be headed to Pacific Air Forces in Hawaii. Having the opportunity to meet amazing people and tell their story is what drives Hailey to create the best products possible. In her short time in the Air Force, she has learned a lot and looks forward to what she will be able to accomplish in the future.
A few people Hailey looks up to are: Joe McNally, Stephen Wilkes, Annie Leibovitz, Peter Lik and Ansel Adams. One of her favorite quotes is by a person who has inspired her to produce images others will connect with since she was in high school. “There are always two people in every picture: the photographer and the viewer.” — Ansel Adams
