Bria Hughes
Bio
Senior Airman Bria Hughes was born at Seymour Johnson AFB in Goldsboro, North Carolina. After spending her childhood being raised by two military parents and constantly moving across the country, she decided to follow in her parent’s footsteps and enlist in the Air Force at the age of 20.
SrA Hughes spent a two-year tour in Aviano, Italy, where some of her accomplishments included earning her associate’s degree from the Community College of the Air Force and receiving a Joint Service Achievement Medal at the end of her overseas assignment. She plans to continue her passion as a broadcast journalist at her next duty assignment, Barksdale AFB.
