Kimiko Dugan
Bio
Born in Idaho and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii, Kim Dugan represents a diverse experience in writing to include journalistic writing, photojournalism, newswriting and copy editing, screenwriting, script analysis and more. Her photojournalism has made its mark across the United States, Japan, Korea, Mongolia and the Czech Republic.
In addition to photojournalism, her ambitions and knowledge continue to expand in areas such as music theory and composition and directing for film and television.
Kimiko studies at The Academy of Art University in San Francisco, via distance learning resides in Syracuse, New York. She attends the Military Photojournalism Program at S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
