Bio
I joined the Navy as a deck seaman when I was 17 years old. I spent two years conducting anchoring, resupplying and mooring evolutions for my ship, until I was selected to become a Mass Communication Specialist, or a Navy Journalist.
“Here’s a camera, figure it out,” said my leadership. As a predominately self-taught journalist, I take pride in what I do. I learned how to best research, organize and execute each of my stories.
I now have spent ample time with my career, with 5 years on the job and a year of college from Syracuse University. My intention has always been to make a lasting, positive impact on people, and to best do that I want to tell your story.
