For years, loyal soccer fans in the Syracuse area had only two choices to watch their favorite teams – expensive fees for exclusive TV channels or catch an arbitrary game at a local bar. Now, Wolff’s Biergarten has become a haven for die-hards to converge, commune and celebrate their shared passion.

Downtown nightlife crowds fill Wolff’s Biergarten on a busy Friday to play darts, giant Jenga and card games while viewing a variety of professional sports games on TV.
The wall in Wolff's Biergarten is decorated with dollar bills, some of which are reshaped into soccer jerseys. Other dollars are signed, drawn on, and dedicated to friends and family.
