Kent is currently a MMM student at Newhouse. At the end of the 2019-2020 school year he will be 30 credits closer to a degree in Communications. \r\n \r\nKent grew up throughout the U.S.  His father was a pastor and travel from church to church.  His father has passed away, but his mother still lives in the Minneapolis, MN area. \r\n\r\nKent enlisted in the Army in January of 2007.  He attended BCT at Fort Jackson, SC, and continued on to AIT at Fort Meade, MD.\r\n\r\n\r\nWife:\r\nKent Redmond married Tara Zink in 2008.  They will celebrate their 12th wedding anniversary this year on July 20th.  Tara is currently a stay at home mom.\r\n\r\nKids:\r\nKent and Tara have two children a girl and a boy.
