I was experimenting around with many different A.I. tech and sampling techniques to create something different from the usual. Neural Network Style Transfer A.I. to create the neon stylized image of me and laid that on top of ebSynth to animate the video from a single image I gave it the original source video as reference. Then combined it with Blender Glass Distortions to create the warbles. It was fun making my graphics card explode.
