Roidan Carlson
Bio
Roidan Carlson was born and raised in Everett, Washington.
After enlisting into the United States Air Force in 2004, he began his career as a military video journalist. In his career, Roidan has served most of his enlistment as a aerial combat cameraman, deploying four times and logging aerial time in over 20 different aircraft, telling the Air Force story worldwide.
In 2015, Roidan was awarded the U.S. Air Force Public Affairs Non-Commissioned Officer of the year and the Public Affairs “Best of the Best” award for 2014.
In 2015, Roidan was selected to attend the Advanced Motion Motion Media Program at Syracuse University, granting him a year to improve his storytelling skills, learning from industry professionals.
